Senior Leasing Agent
Ashley serves as the Senior Leasing Agent at Canopy Cottonwood, where she's spent the past year building genuine connections within the community. Her favorite spot on property is the pool area, an inviting place for residents to relax, unwind, and spend quality time with family and friends. When she's not at work, Ashley loves baking and experimenting with new recipes for her family. She feels fortunate to be part of such a welcoming community and looks forward to continuing to grow alongside her residents.
Cheyenne
Leasing Consultant
Cheyenne joined Canopy at Cottonwood as a Leasing Consultant two months ago and has quickly fallen in love with the community. Beyond the great residents, her favorite part of the job is walking into the office each morning and being greeted by the butterfly grove, a dozen beautiful butterflies included. Outside of work, she's an anime and manga enthusiast, currently watching Daemons of the Shadow Realm and counting Ouran High School Host Club among her all-time favorites. Cheyenne is excited to keep growing both personally and professionally while making a positive impact on the people around her.
Julio
Maintenance Technician
Julio has kept Canopy at Cottonwood running behind the scenes as a Maintenance Technician for the past two years, handling the everyday work that keeps the community feeling well cared for. He takes real pride in the property's pool area, working to keep it looking pristine and making sure it's one of the standout features residents notice first. For Julio, small details like clean spaces, quick repairs, and a well-kept property add up to a better day-to-day experience for everyone who calls Canopy home. When he's not on the clock, Julio likes to stay active at the gym and unwind by working on his cars, a hobby that lets him put the same hands-on care into his own projects that he brings to the property.
JR
Service Technician
JR has served as a Service Technician at Canopy at Cottonwood for the past year, playing an active role in keeping the community running smoothly for residents. Ask him his favorite spot on property and he won't hesitate: the pickleball court, where he loves seeing residents get outside, get active, and have fun. That same energy carries into his own free time. JR is a volleyball player at heart and spends much of his off-the-clock time staying active, whether that means getting in a workout at the gym or joining a game whenever he can. It's that same hands-on, active spirit that he brings to his work keeping Canopy in top shape.
